A&DC Wing is dealing with all Disciplinary and Appeal cases at State level comprising of (1) Anantapuram (2) Tirupati (3) Project Tiger,Nandyal (4) Visakhapatnam (5) Guntur (6) Rajahmundry (7) Kurnool circles and (8) O/o the Prl.CCF& HoFF., AP., Mangalagiri,Guntur.

Processing of Disciplinary/Appeal cases in accordance with APCS(CC&A) Rules,1991 and Maintenance of annual property returns and Recording intimations regarding movable/immovable assets as per APCS (Conduct) Rules,1964 in respect of Forest Officers - SFS Officers, AOs and GA(NT).

Processing of Disciplinary cases in respect all IFS Officers in accordance with All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules,1969 & All India Service (Conduct) Rules,1968.

Processing of Disciplinary cases in respect of retired Government servants in accordance with Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules,1980.

After completion of due procedure as per CCA rules, the V&E and ACB cases are submitted to Government for finalization of disciplinary cases against the all the Officers/staff who are involved.The Government alone are competent authority to finalize V&E and ACB cases.
